Shift Timing:
-Shift 1: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (March end to early November)

-Shift 2: 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (Early November to March end)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with expertise in the import and export of pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven international sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector and a working knowledge of UK pharmaceutical regulations and market practices.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with a solid understanding of global trade and compliance requirements. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our international footprint, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for international pharmaceutical markets, with a focus on the UK and other regulated regions.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across global pharma markets.
  • Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with import/export guidelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting the business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for senior management.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in international pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of import/export operations and UK pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in global markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
