- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing and sales strategies and campaigns to align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and mentor marketing and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring goal attainment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing content and sales initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of efforts and a unified approach to business goals.
