About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead our client acquisition, business development, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the UAE market, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across diverse industries in the UAE and GCC region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet KPIs and exceed performance goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to design effective campaigns and service offerings.

Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and business reports to clients and management.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines to ensure financial objectives are met.

Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and business forums.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a marketing, media, or advertising agency.

Strong network and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
