Senior Sales & Outreach Executive | BPO & Telecom

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Outreach Executive to support our growth in the BPO, call center, and telecom sector.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in VoIP, dialer solutions (VICIdial), and outbound sales, who can confidently engage with clients in local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to call centers, BPOs, and telecom companies
• Connect with decision-makers via LinkedIn, calls, and email
• Promote VoIP routes, dialer solutions, and telecom services
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in BPO, telecom, or call center sales
• Understanding of VoIP, dialers (VICIdial), and call center operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and target-driven
