Senior Sales & Receptionist

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Receptionist to join our team and lead front-desk operations with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors.
• Handle inquiries, phone calls, and client follow-ups.
• Promote the company’s services to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate appointments.
• Support daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
• Train and guide junior reception staff when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or reception (preferably in a clinic, salon, or fitness environment).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and able to handle high-volume inquiries.
• Fluent in English; Arabic.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
