As a Senior Sales Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading business development strategies, managing key client relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve targets. This senior-level role requires a deep understanding of market trends, advanced negotiation skills, and a proven track record in exceeding sales goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process and identify opportunities for expansion and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead Sales Efforts: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

2- Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues to maintain long-term partnerships.

3- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.

4- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.

5- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate high-value contracts and pricing structures, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

6- Market Expertise: Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and the evolving needs of clients to tailor sales approaches effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage complex negotiations and high-value deals.

Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
