Job Responsibilities

           •         Promote and sell Lavita Developments’ real estate projects

           •         Follow up and manage company-generated qualified leads

           •         Conduct professional property consultations for clients

           •         Build and maintain long-term client relationships

           •         Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

           •         Negotiate, close deals, and handle customer objections professionally

Required Qualifications

           •         Bachelor’s degree

           •         3-7 years of proven experience in real estate sales

           •         Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

           •         Proven sales track record

           •         Ability to work under targets and KPIs

           •         Customer-oriented mindset and professional attitude
