About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, fearless, and results-obsessed Sales Closer who can take ownership of turning warm leads into paying clients. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear and the final push they need to join our tribe. This is a high-performance role — and you’ll be backed with strong leads, a solid reputation, and a brand that's growing rapidly in the food business space.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle qualified inbound leads from our website, social media, and landing pages
  • Call leads, understand their pain points, pitch our services with confidence and clarity
  • Guide prospects from “I’ll think about it” to “Where do I pay?”
  • Follow up with prospects systematically and consistently (no ghosting)
  • Maintain high conversion ratios and sales volume every week/month
  • Update lead statuses, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth handover after closing

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Can speak with charisma and authority in both English & Hindi
  • Are relentless in follow-ups and closing — you’re not afraid of objections
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and love high-pressure, high-reward roles
  • Have closed high-ticket services or consulting before (preferred)
  • Are self-motivated, hungry to learn, and laser-focused on targets
  • Love solving real business problems and creating win-win deals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

  • Are you comfortable working full-time (Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM IST) with daily performance tracking?
