Job Summary

Enza Home is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Specialist to drive high-value sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and support the retail sales team in achieving showroom targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, advanced selling skills, and the ability to handle premium clients while maintaining Enza Home’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and close high-value and complex sales transactions
• Deliver personalized consultations to walk-in and repeat clients
• Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
• Guide and support junior sales staff with best sales practices
• Handle quotations, negotiations, and order documentation
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and client databases
• Coordinate with logistics and installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Assist in maintaining showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Provide regular sales performance updates and feedback to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience in premium retail or furniture sales
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
• Ability to mentor and support team members
• Proficiency in MS Office / POS systems

Experience

• Minimum 4–7 years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or lifestyle brands
