Senior Sales Specialist

Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Specialist to join a multinational medical devices company in Riyadh. This role is responsible for driving business results across the renal products segment in Central KSA, with a strong focus on expanding market presence and achieving sales targets.

This position requires frequent travel to client sites and flexibility in executing the business plan to meet commercial objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute the business plan for KSA in alignment with regional objectives
  • Achieve sales targets for strategic products
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and distributor partners
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, and other teams to enhance sales performance
  • Analyze account potential and manage contract negotiations, bids, and tender processes
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Plan and execute client visits to strengthen market presence and engagement
  • Support and mentor junior team members where needed
  • Deliver regular sales reports outlining performance, forecasts, and market updates


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the medical devices industry , with a strong track record of achieving targets ( 4-5 years of experience in sales )
  • Experience managing regional operations and working across multiple markets is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in project management, distributor engagement, and market development
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in KSA
  • Familiarity with distributor networks and key regional stakeholders is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Based in Riyadh, covering Central KSA
  • Frequent travel is required across the assigned territories
