Senior SDR / Appointment Setting (Outbound Sales)

Islamabad, 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Hybrid)

We are a fast-growing AI based digital marketing agency building a dedicated outbound sales team. We’re looking for a driven, professional SDR to set appointment and help scale our sales pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone with fluent English, disciplined, and experienced in outbound lead generation.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious candidates to grow rapidly into leadership roles such as Team Lead and Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, SMS and emails to businesses.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales closers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach progress.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Learn and grow toward team management and sales leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and ambitious.

Work Schedule

  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (7 hours)
