We are a fast-growing AI based digital marketing agency building a dedicated outbound sales team. We’re looking for a driven, professional Team Lead to manage appointment setters and help scale our sales pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone hungry to earn, disciplined, and experienced in outbound lead generation - while maintaining a professional approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs / appointment setters
  • Oversee outbound campaigns (calls, texts, email, WhatsApp)
  • Ensure quality appointments are booked for sales closers
  • Track daily KPIs: dials, conversations, appointments, show rates
  • Train, motivate, and improve team performance
  • Coordinate with closers to improve conversion quality

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles
  • Strong team leadership and performance management skills
  • Clear understanding of sales funnels and appointment setting

This is a leadership role for someone who understands outbound lead generation, team management, performance tracking, and sales funnels.

Work Schedule

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (8 hours)
  • On-site role – F-8/1, Islamabad only
  • Candidates must be comfortable commuting and working night shifts

Compensation & Growth

  • PKR 70,000 – 150,000 fixed salary
  • Uncapped commission on closed deals (TCV-based)
