We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead and manage financial operations. This role will be fully responsible for financial planning, budget control, financial reporting, and team management, ensuring compliant and efficient financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts

· Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, tax calculation, and cash flow management. And responsible for tax submission and filing.

· Ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate policies, and IFRS

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts

· Manage audit processes and maintain effective communication with internal and external auditors.

· Lead and develop the finance team, providing professional guidance and training.

· Assess and manage financial risks, proposing improvement suggestions.

· Collaborate actively with headquarters and other departments to support business decisions.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 1 year in team management.

· Proficient in IFRS and local financial and tax regulations in Pakistan.

· Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, and risk control capabilities.

· Skilled in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

· Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
