Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons in accordance with the prescribed senior secondary curriculum (CBSE/ISC/State Board as applicable).
- Teach core topics such as cognitive processes, development, learning, motivation, personality, and social psychology.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, case studies, activities, and assessments aligned with board examination requirements.
- Evaluate students’ academic progress through tests, projects, practicals, and internal assessments.
- Guide students in research work, projects, and exam preparation.
- Foster critical thinking, ethical awareness, and application of psychological concepts in real-life contexts.
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation as per school guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic performance and student development.
- Participate in curriculum planning, teacher trainings, school events, and academic meetings.
- Adhere to school policies, academic standards, and child safety norms.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–6 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred).
- Experience with board exam preparation and evaluation is an added advantage.
