Working directly with the founding team, you'll build key partnerships and expand our brand presence.

Responsebilities

  • Lead, train, mentor, and manage the Online Advertising Team at SocioSquares. Set team goals, Key Performance Indicators for individual members, and Key Factors for Success for the team.
  • Lead campaigns across popular search engines, social media platforms, native ad platforms, and display networks. Lead and manage the bidding strategies and overall account optimization, ensuring the best results are being achieved by the team.
  • Work with the Leadership team to drive the execution and rollout of new campaigns, automation, and optimizations for online advertising.
  • Set clear and manageable budgets for each client and meet the client's goals on a daily/weekly,/monthly basis.
  • Stay up-to-date and educate team/clients on the latest trends, channels, and formats to deliver industry-leading work.
  • Establish goals and KPIs for the online Advertising teams and report to the broader team on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis and industry best practices to draw insights for optimization.
  • Develop an ongoing testing strategy that allows for iterative improvement, implementing regular testing in online advertising campaigns.
  • Be the face and highest escalation point of contact for the Online advertising team in front of key stakeholders and company clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing with a basic understanding of SEO.
  • The ability to create compelling ad copy and design ad campaigns that attract and engage the target audience.
  • Experience in managing budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.
  • Proficiency in using SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including setting up and optimizing campaigns, keyword research, and bid management.
  • Highly self-motivated, and eager to learn with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Experience in working with remote teams.
  • Experience in working with US clients is preferred.

Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 3 pm to 11.30 pm
