Senior SEO Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Analyst with a strong background in large-scale, custom-built websites (200,000–300,000+ pages) and multiple SEO projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical SEO, semantic SEO, and scalable content strategy, along with hands-on experience working with PHP Laravel–based, module-driven websites and leading SEO teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for custom-built, enterprise-level websites

Perform advanced technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog and translate findings into actionable development tasks.

Collaborate closely with developers on PHP Laravel–based websites, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented at module, template, and system levels

Manage crawl budget, indexation, internal linking, and site architecture for websites with 200K–300K+ pages

Drive semantic SEO strategies, including entity optimization and search intent alignment

Create and manage topical maps to build topical authority across large content ecosystems

Develop detailed SEO-driven content briefs for writers, ensuring alignment with semantic structure, entities, and search intent

Oversee on-page SEO and content optimization at scale, including metadata, internal linking, and content updates

Plan and execute off-page SEO initiatives, including PR submissions, outreach, and authority link-building

Lead and mentor SEO team members, providing strategic direction and quality control

Handle multiple SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring performance, scalability, and consistency

Track performance, analyze data, and provide clear, actionable SEO reports to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of proven SEO experience

Strong hands-on expertise with Screaming Frog and technical SEO tools

Deep knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO

Proven experience working with custom-built websites using PHP Laravel

Experience implementing SEO at the module and system level in custom CMS environments

Strong expertise in Semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and search intent modeling

Proven ability to create topical maps and scalable content architectures

Hands-on experience creating SEO content briefs for large editorial teams

Experience with PR submissions, outreach, and quality link building

Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale websites (200,000–300,000+ pages)

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Prior team lead or SEO management experience

Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with programmatic SEO and database-driven content

Familiarity with headless CMS or Laravel-based CMS frameworks

Experience with automation, scripts, or advanced SEO workflows
