Senior SEO Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in Local SEO, Technical SEO, and Link Building. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing SEO campaigns, optimizing Google Business Profiles, and executing advanced link acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search visibility, and ensuring technical health across multiple websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Local SEO & GMB Optimization
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local rankings.
• Build and manage local citations, NAP consistency, and geo-targeted strategies.
• Develop local content strategies to dominate city and niche-specific searches.

Technical SEO

• Perform detailed site audits and implement technical fixes (crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, mobile usability).
• Collaborate with developers to resolve site architecture and performance issues.
• Ensure websites follow best practices for Core Web Vitals and schema markup.

Link Building & Off-Page SEO

• Develop and execute advanced link-building strategies (guest posting, blogger outreach, digital PR).
• Identify high-authority backlink opportunities and build relationships with webmasters.
• Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Use SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure performance.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and recommend proactive strategies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven SEO experience
• Advanced expertise in Local SEO, Technical SEO, and Link Building.
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Bright Local).
• Ability to conduct advanced audits and implement fixes.
• Strong communication and outreach skills for link-building campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple SEO projects independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
