Senior SEO Executive

Webenza is a leading digital marketing agency that combines creativity, technology, and performance-driven strategies to help brands grow online. We are looking for an SEO Senior Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience to support our growing SEO team. If you’re passionate about search, skilled in both on-page and off-page optimization, and eager to work with high-impact brands — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.

● Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and content gap assessments to support campaign goals.

● Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headers, URL structure, and internal linking.

● Support technical SEO efforts by identifying crawl issues, broken links, and site performance concerns.

● Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital assets.

● Contribute to link building and outreach initiatives to strengthen domain authority.

● Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms.

● Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure consistent performance improvement.

● Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

● 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or digital-first environment.

● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

● Good understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page, and

off-page optimization.

● Basic knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site structure, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.

● Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● A data-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in the SEO domain.
