Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for search visibility.
- Manage backlink strategy, guest posts, and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor rankings and traffic using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Analyze ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion performance; optimize campaigns regularly.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers for ad creatives and landing pages.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to grow engagement.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to maintain consistent brand tone.
- Plan and schedule posts using platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Manage campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and community building.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track KPIs.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities through trend and funnel analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Computer Applications (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or Tech product marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing, lead nurturing, and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic HTML, WordPress/Website CMS, or landing page builders.
- Understanding of local SEO and schema optimization.
