Senior SEO Expert (with AI Tools Expertise)

We are seeking a Senior SEO Expert with a proven track record in driving organic growth, improving search visibility, and executing successful SEO campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have strong command over AI-based SEO, content, and analytics tools to streamline workflows, optimize website performance, and accelerate results. You will lead our SEO strategy, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, competitor research, and content gap studies using both standard and AI-driven tools.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page performance (Core Web Vitals) to improve rankings and UX.
• Lead and monitor content strategy (blogs, landing pages, clusters, topical authority) with AI-assisted content planning and brief generation.
• Use AI tools to:
• Automate keyword clustering and topic research
• Generate content outlines and SEO-friendly content drafts
• Predict ranking outcomes and identify quick-win opportunities
• Detect duplicate or low-quality content at scale
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversions, and prepare performance reports with insights and growth plans.
• Execute link-building strategies (guest posts, digital PR, blogger outreach, niche edits, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers on schema markup, crawlability, indexing, and site speed improvements.
• Stay updated with Google Algorithm updates and AI-powered SEO trends to ensure strategy alignment.
• Manage SEO tools, dashboards, and AI-based automations to improve team productivity and reduce time-to-output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Deep knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Content SEO.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Traditional Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Frase, NeuronWriter, Gemini, RankIQ, etc.
• Expertise with keyword intent, topical authority, E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, schema, and advanced link-building.
• Ability to create AI-assisted SEO workflows, SOPs, and automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Data Studio / Looker, Sheets/Excel.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Bonus: Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS, technical audits, and Python scripts for SEO automation.
