Senior SEO Manager

Globe Call Centre is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead our advanced SEO strategies for a global client base. This role requires a results-driven professional with deep technical knowledge and a strategic mindset to elevate online visibility, boost organic performance, and maintain competitive rankings across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to maximize organic growth and search performance.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Enhance website architecture, content, and landing pages for improved search visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Design and manage effective link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and online reputation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO best practices across all digital projects.
• Stay ahead of evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry advancements to sustain long-term success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO.
• Strong command of SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Deep understanding of Google Search Console, indexing, crawling, and ranking mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or global client environment.
