Senior Service Advisor (Garage)

Job description

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
  • Understand customer concerns, accurately translate them into technical requirements, and communicate them to technicians.
  • Provide detailed service estimates and gain customer approval for jobs.
  • Use strong dealing and negotiation skills to upsell additional services and maintenance packages.
  • Maintain trust-based relationships with both new and returning clients.
  • Monitor the service process and keep customers informed of progress, changes, or delays.
  • Ensure all customer concerns are addressed and resolved professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with the workshop and parts department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare invoices, explain charges, and ensure complete transparency in all transactions.
  • Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior service advisors and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a German car dealership or specialized service center.
  • Proven customer dealing experience, including handling high-end clientele and resolving complaints.
  • Strong knowledge of German automotive systems, service schedules, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with dealership software (DMS) and CRM systems.
  • Technical or mechanical background is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
