Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, often leading complex projects and integration, with a strong focus on Request and Order Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:
  Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Development:
  Collaborate with development teams to create customized applications and modules within ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Integration:
  Manage integrations with other systems using REST API, zBus, and eFiles to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Request and Order Management:
  Develop and optimize Request and Order Management processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency, with solid experience in OMT module.
• Architecture Skills:
  Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and microservices.
  Experience in designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions within ServiceNow.
• Project Management:
  Utilize Agile methodology and Jira for project tracking and management. Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to SDLC practices.
• Technical Analysis:
  Write comprehensive technical analysis documents and specifications to guide development efforts and architectural decisions.
• Priority Management:
  Effectively manage priorities and project timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Votre profil

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong knowledge of Request and Order Management, OMT, and related ServiceNow modules.
• Proven experience with system integrations using REST API, zBus, and eFiles.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certifications:
  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in relevant areas such as ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
  ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
