Senior Shopify Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Shopify stores to enhance user experience and maximize conversions. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement new features, integrate apps, and ensure the platform performs at its best.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify themes to meet brand requirements.
• Optimize stores for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement custom functionality using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate and configure third-party Shopify apps and APIs.
• Debug and troubleshoot Shopify issues for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing, high-converting storefronts.
• Apply best practices for Shopify security, data protection, and compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Shopify development experience.
• Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong skills in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
• Experience with Shopify APIs, Shopify Plus, and Hydrogen.
• Proficiency in React.js, Vite, and GraphQL for headless commerce.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Nice to Have

• Shopify Oxygen, Next.js, Remix, or other React-based frameworks.
• Shopify app development using Node.js or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with subscription-based Shopify stores and A/B testing.

Location: DHA 2, Main G.T Road Rawalpindi

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
