Senior Short-Form Video Producer (On-Set)

We need an expert for short-form content (Instagram, TikTok, Shorts). You’ll run on-set production, handle lighting, and ensure every shot is clean, professional, and engaging. This isn’t basic “help”—it’s for someone with the eye for social media excellence.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience with short-form video shoots (show examples).
• Mastery in lighting, composition, and setting the scene.
• Ability to direct talent, adjust angles on the fly, and elevate each shot.
• Common sense on set, proactive problem-solving.
