Senior Site Architect

We are hiring a Senior Site Architect to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai. Working on a luxury residential project

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams to resolve architectural and technical issues during construction.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to design intent.
• Monitor progress of architectural works and report on milestones, risks, and potential delays.
• Work closely with design consultants to resolve site-related design challenges and implement required changes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Attend site meetings and support project coordination across disciplines.
• Assist in snagging, inspections, and handover processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecture with strong site-based project experience.
• Current experience working for a Tier 1 developer or consultancy in the UAE
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential and/or hospitality developments.
• Demonstrated experience in interior design and luxury interior fit-out.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, interior finishes, materials, and on-site coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
