Khatib & Alami is seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect to join our Building Project team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising architectural site activities to ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

This role requires strong experience in high-end building construction, including Luxury Villas, High-Rise Towers, and Residential/Commercial Buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements related to architectural works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design intent.
• Resolve technical and design issues during construction in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved.
• Ensure all works comply with local authority regulations and building codes in Dubai.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• Mandatory UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Strong experience in Luxury Villas, High-Rise Buildings, and Residential/Commercial Developments.
• Proven experience in site supervision and coordination with contractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and architectural detailing.
