Senior Site Engineer

Job Description:

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of interior design and fit-out projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure that your assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest finishing standards. You will be an integral part of our collaborative team, working closely with designers, architects, and sub-contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Study project programs, aligning goals and scope.

- Establish realistic timelines, track progress, address and mitigate delays.

- Full time site presence, progress supervision, coordinating with sub-contractors to rectify any program, quality or delay issues.

- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, minimize disruptions.

- Ensure on-site health and safety compliance.

- Produce daily and weekly site report documenting progress and identifying any issues

- Report to company General Manager on all project related responsibilities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury fit-out projects.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

- Proficient in AutoCAD.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- Problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
