Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and execute all on-site civil construction activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution in and around Bhopal, possess excellent knowledge of construction drawings, and be proficient in AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for managing contractor teams, coordinating day-to-day site operations, and ensuring that work is executed as per design, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all civil activities at the construction site, including excavation, foundation, structural work, masonry, finishing, and external development.
• Review, interpret, and prepare AutoCAD drawings, including layout plans, working drawings, and detail drawings.
• Maintain up-to-date site drawings, documentation, and revisions as per site changes and client/architect feedback.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure the technical feasibility and accuracy of plans.
• Plan and arrange skilled and unskilled contractor teams on-site as required for different phases of work.
• Monitor progress against schedule and ensure timely execution without compromising on quality or safety.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, labor reports, and material consumption reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or site-related challenges promptly.
• Maintain proper site records, including measurement books, material receipts, and labor attendance.
• Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), estimates, and work orders as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–6 years of proven work experience in civil construction projects in or around Bhopal.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & basic 3D preferred) and ability to prepare and edit architectural/civil drawings independently.
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and local vendor/contractor networks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple contractor teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Sound understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements on site.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working on hospitality projects.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
