Experience Required: 10–12 years (High-rise Building Projects Mandatory)

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for executing and supervising site activities in alignment with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. This role ensures accurate implementation of engineering designs, coordination with subcontractors, and smooth day-to-day operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations in coordination with the Project Manager and technical team.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements, and ensure work is executed accordingly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, safety, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site documentation, and as-built updates.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion as per baseline program.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment on site with minimal wastage.
• Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and resolving technical queries (RFIs).
• Ensure strict implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the site.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and work schedules.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide technical input on planning and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects in the UAE, with at least 8 years in high-rise buildings.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in reading drawings (architectural, structural, MEP coordination).
• Good knowledge of site documentation, inspections, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and municipality standards (e.g., DM, Trakhees, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage site teams under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (Primavera/MS Project is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
