Senior Site Engineer - Civil

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Preferably from NED university.

Gender: Male

Professional Experience: Minimum 10+ years of onsite experience, specifically in high-rise building construction

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor work at site to ensure it follows drawings, specifications, and timelines, with the ability to handle multiple sites at the same time.
• Review and verify contractors’ daily progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project standards.
• Raise non-compliance reports and follow up on rectifications.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on site by all contractors and workers.
• Participate in progress meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues encountered.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of contractor’s shop drawings, and material submittals.
