Senior Site Engineer (Construction / Real Estate )- Male

Job Description:

Role Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work quality, monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Stability, practical on-site experience, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.

KRA: Task / Activities:

• Supervise construction activities at site and ensure quality execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and work progress.
• Manage contractors, labor, and site resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, architects, and vendors.

KPI: Performance Metrics:

• Timely completion of project milestones.
• Quality of work as per approved standards.
• Efficient handling of contractors and resources.
• Safety compliance at the site.
• Accuracy and timeliness of site reports.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit):

Required Skills/Preferred skills:

• Strong site supervision and construction management skills.
• Knowledge of civil engineering standards and practices.
• Practical problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Experience in handling multiple sites.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software.

Experience Range - 6 to 8 Yrs
