Senior Site Supervisor (Construction)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure work quality, manage labor teams, and coordinate with engineers and project managers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction, site supervision, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure project progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor attendance, material usage, and work progress on site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Assist in planning daily work targets and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain smooth execution of work.
• Maintain site documentation, including work logs, checklists, and material records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision (residential/commercial projects).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and safety standards.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and coordinate with different departments.
• Willingness to work on-site and manage field operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
