Senior Social Media Marketer

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with proven expertise in creating campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage content calendars for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Creating the engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
• Manage paid ad campaigns across social platforms, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools.
• Engage with online communities, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (native platform insights, Google Analytics).
• Hands-on experience with social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Excellent communication, creative writing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Video editing or design skills (Canva, Adobe tools).
• Certifications in Social Media or Digital Marketing (HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Google)
