About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Python development. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions, working closely with data scientists, researchers, and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models and algorithms for production use.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for ML pipelines and applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists to turn research prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and deployment frameworks for ML models.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and share best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and tools.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
