We are looking for a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Software Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients. This role requires a proven track record in strategic B2B sales, exceptional leadership skills, and deep product expertise within the software/SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new enterprise accounts and expand relationships within existing strategic clients.
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively source and qualify opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure, focusing on large-scale software solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders, deeply understanding their business challenges and clearly articulating the ROI (Return on Investment) of our software solutions.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to diverse audiences.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead complex contract negotiations, demonstrating mastery of commercial and legal terms to secure profitable agreements.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive offerings, and industry shifts to position our products effectively.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, contributing to the overall development of the sales organization.
- Reporting: Maintain rigorous hygiene within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting and detailed activity logging.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive, successful experience in Enterprise Software Sales (SaaS) or Technology Sales.
- Exceptional expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that involve technical evaluation, legal review, and executive approval.
- Proven ability to articulate technical concepts and demonstrate business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong financial and business acumen necessary to structure and close large deals.
