We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the architectural design and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical background, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to align technology strategy with business objectives. This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the capability to architect scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

Core Responsibilities1. Architecture Strategy & Design

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture of complex solutions across applications, integrations, data, and cloud.
• Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and standards.
• Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and tools that support innovation.

2. Technical Leadership

• Act as the technical authority for major projects and initiatives.
• Guide engineering teams on design best practices, integration patterns, and solution implementation.
• Conduct architecture reviews and oversee the quality of technical deliverables.
• Lead the adoption of cloud-native, microservices, and modern integration approaches.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and operations teams to align on solution roadmaps.
• Present technical concepts and architectural recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Delivery Oversight

• Contribute to project scoping, effort estimation, and risk identification.
• Support implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment to architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions to resolution.
• Maintain architectural documentation and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
• 7–12+ years of overall technical experience, including 5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture.
• Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of microservices, API design, system integrations, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, identity management, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or PMP.
• Experience in designing large-scale enterprise solutions or digital transformation projects.
• Expertise in event-driven architectures, data engineering, and cloud governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and lead architectural discussions.
