About the Role

As aSolution Architectat Ignite Visibility, you won't just follow instructionsyou'll define the technical vision. You'll have the autonomy to shape your own work, generate new frameworks, and set the architectural direction for complex, high-impact projects. We're A U.S. marketing agency and we are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate broad business direction into innovative, scalable solutions.

This role is fully remote and open to international candiates.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level.

• Requirements Analysis:Translate complex business requirements into future-proof, innovative technical solutions.

• Concept Generation:Develop and promote new concepts, principles, and methodologies within the solution architecture discipline.

• Solution Design:Architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions using emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Technology Integration:Select and integrate cutting-edge technologieshardware, software, and cloudto build robust, efficient systems.

• Technical Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term solution success.

• Presentation Leadership:Lead discussions and confidently defend your proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Implementation Collaboration:Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless execution of your designs.

• Optimization:Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within existing systems and propose innovative enhancements.

• Emerging Tech Monitoring:Stay ahead of the curve, evaluating and integrating new technologies into your solution strategy.

• Mentorship:Guide junior Solution Architects and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles (software development, DevOps, systems engineering)

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solution design and implementation, with deep expertise in a specific domain (cloud computing, security, etc.)

• Proven track record of leading and executing complex technical projects

• Mastery of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security

• Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Certification in solution architecture (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect)

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

• Experience with automation and orchestration tools

• Strong leadership and influencing skills

• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
