• Manage global product strategy, with P&L, efficiency and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams.
• Work closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams for executing the global long-term product group road-maps,
• Have strong analytical, marketing and product management skills with long-term approach,
• Understand consumer insights,
• Analyze market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
• Lead the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea with the consumer's need, to the product launch and analysis of market performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related departments,
• Min. 3 years of experience in Product Management,
• Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D or related areas is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box and commercial thinking abilities,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communicationis always our priority.
