What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineer - Production Planning Team who will join our team at Dryer Plant in Beko Corporate.

Plans short and medium term material needs for direct materials,
Creates related purchase orders, shares shipment plans, monitors shipments
Ensures that the required material is in stock at the right time
Sends daily, weekly and monthly shipment plans to suppliers,
Manages new projects to improve warehouse process,
Ensure compliance with all warehouse policies, procedures,
Monitor and report warehouse KPIs (storage capacity, operation speed, working hours), evaluate operator requirements, and develop structured and realistic improvement solutions.
Identify operational problems in warehouse processes, design corrective/preventive actions, and monitor their implementation.

The position is in Tekirdağ, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic achievement in Industrial Engineering
Min. 2 years of working experience
Proficiency in English - both spoken and written
Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially in Excel
Experience with ERP, SAPMM Module Systems is a plus
Effective communication skills, prone to teamwork
Successful in learning technical knowledge, new process, system, approach, etc.
Plans the work at the expected level and determines the priorities as requires
Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
