Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.

AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)

The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, Develop and maintain automated test strategies for requirement validation, regression, performance, security, and compliance testing.
• Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
• Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance
• Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements
• Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Perform advanced validation, visual, API-level, integration-level, and end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Design, develop, and optimize robust automated test frameworks using JavaScript or other scripting languages.
• Lead and actively participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities.
• Own quality goals for assigned products and releases, ensuring high standards across the SDLC.
• Analyze product requirements and priorities to create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automation coverage.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify system requirements, quality risks, and automation opportunities.
• Conduct code reviews, encourage and promote best practices in automation and testing.
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, coverage, and reliability.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong and hands-on understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing fundamentals, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, C#, Java, or Python).
• Ability to architect and maintain scalable automation solutions for complex systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and perform root-cause analysis.
• Solid understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Understanding of streaming protocols including RTMP, RTSP, and HLS.
• Experience with streaming servers/technologies such as Wowza, FFmpeg, Windows Media Server, Azure Media Services, encoders/transcoders (cloud or on-prem).
• Working experience or familiarity with computer vision and AI-based services such as Azure Media Services or AWS AI services.
• Experience with API automation, performance testing, and basic security testing.
• QA or Test Automation Certifications.

Required Qualification:

• BS/BSc or MS/MSc in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQA with a strong focus on test automation and ownership of quality.
• Demonstrated leadership, proactivity, and accountability in previous roles.
• QA or Test Automation Certifications.
