We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate has 04 - 06 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, along with proficiency in QuickBooks. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Job Description:

1- Prepare and maintain financial records: Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes entering data into accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and verifying the accuracy of financial documents.
2- Assist with financial reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries by gathering and analyzing data. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
3- Reconcile accounts: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
4- Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, payments, and collections. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
5- Assist with budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and provide support for financial forecasting activities.
6- Support audits: Prepare and provide documentation and support during internal and external audits. Assist in addressing audit findings and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
7- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations and make recommendations for process improvements as necessary.
8- Maintain records and files: Organize and maintain financial records and documents in a systematic manner.
9- Ensure proper record retention and confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
10- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and management, to gather information, address queries, and support financial decision-making processes
