Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist – ELV Systems

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to deliver world‑class sourcing solutions that directly support business growth, profitability, and competitiveness within Egypt. This is a senior individual contributor role with end‑to‑end responsibility across the sourcing lifecycle—from opportunity and pre‑award through post‑award execution.

The role requires deep ELV systems sourcing experience , strong market knowledge in Egypt, and an established network of suppliers and subcontractors that can be immediately leveraged to drive commercial advantage.

You must have:

• 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing / procurement, ideally within a multinational environment (e.g., Honeywell or similar).
• Strong hands‑on experience sourcing ELV systems in a contractor or project‑based environment.
• Proven knowledge of the Egyptian ELV supplier and subcontractor market , with an active professional network.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering quantifiable cost savings and commercial value .

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver competitive, scalable sourcing solutions that support opportunity win‑rates and project execution.
• Drive measurable financial outcomes , including cost savings, margin improvement, and pre‑/post‑award working capital optimization.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for ELV systems aligned to business and project requirements.
• Independently manage commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, including pricing, terms, payment structures, and risk allocation.
• Leverage strong local market knowledge in Egypt to manage supply risk, pricing volatility, and capacity constraints.
• Engage closely with sales, engineering, finance, and operations to ensure sourcing decisions enable growth and profitability.
• Support continuous improvement of sourcing policies, tools, and processes.
• Utilize SAP ERP (preferred) and sourcing tools such as RFx and e‑auction platforms to drive transparency and competitiveness.
