   Responsibilities

    Strategic Research and Insights:

   Develop and execute strategic research, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and organizational insights.
  
- 
   Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, leveraging data analysis and evidence-based methods to generate actionable insights.
  
- 
   Provide executive leadership with comprehensive insights that shape the company’s strategic direction and growth opportunities.
  
- 
    Stakeholder Engagement:
   
- 
   Communicate key strategic initiatives and objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
  
- 
   Develop presentation materials, facilitate workshops, and engage actively with different business units.
  
- 
   Ensure alignment and a shared understanding of the organization's long-term strategy and goals.
  
- 
    Future Planning and Acquisition Evaluation:
   
- 
   Drive future planning efforts, including identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions.
  
- 
   Analyze market opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for due diligence.
  
- 
   Support ARASCO’s expansion and positioning in new markets, aligned with its mission of agricultural development.

    Data-Driven Decision-Making:
   
- 
   Oversee the collection and analysis of relevant business data.
  
- 
   Utilize data analytics tools and partner with analytics teams to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  
- 
   Enable informed decision-making that optimizes business performance and supports strategic initiatives.
  
   Qualifications
  
- 
    Educational Qualifications:
   
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related field.
  
- 
   Professional Certifications:
  
- 
   Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in a strategy role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
  
- 
   Experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  
- 
   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
- 
   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
- 
   Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  
- 
   Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data analysis software.
  
- 
   Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
