Senior Strategy Manager (Willing to relocate to Jeddah)

This role leads strategy for campaigns and brands across Saudi Arabia, combining campaign strategy, brand strategy, research/insights, and cross‑functional leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy

  • Lead strategy development for product, event, and brand campaigns within existing brands.
  • Build insight-driven communication strategies that reflect Saudi culture, behavior, and media dynamics.
  • Shape campaign briefs, audience segmentation, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Develop clear channel roles (paid, owned, earned) and customer journey plans aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Media, Social, and Marketing teams to guide idea development and ensure strategic consistency.
  • Evaluate creative concepts and provide strategic feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks; lead post-campaign analysis and effectiveness reviews.
  • Serve as a key strategy partner to senior internal stakeholders, including Lujain and Amjad, on all campaign-related thinking.


Brand Strategy

  • Develop brand strategies from scratch, including brand purpose, positioning, persona, tone of voice, and narrative.
  • Lead brand repositioning efforts, identifying opportunities, gaps, and whitespace within the Saudi and GCC markets.
  • Define and build brand architecture for masterbrand and sub-brand systems.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market mapping, and consumer insight synthesis to inform brand direction.
  • Oversee development of brand toolkits, guidelines, and asset systems with Creative/Design teams.
  • Guide internal teams on brand governance to ensure consistent application across all channels and touchpoints.


Research & Insights

  • Commission and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to uncover local consumer insights.
  • Translate cultural trends, behavioral patterns, and market data into sharp strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain strong understanding of Saudi media habits, platform nuances, and category trends.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal senior stakeholders across creative, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate workshops on positioning, messaging, and campaign planning.
  • Mentor junior strategists and planners to elevate strategic thinking across the team.
  • Build strong relationships with creative teams to inspire insight-led creative work.


Job Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy within advertising, brand consulting, or in-house strategy roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, high-impact campaigns launched in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in developing full brand strategies, including brand positioning, persona, architecture, and TOV.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi consumer culture, regional nuances, and market dynamics.
  • Experience working on lifestyle, entertainment, events, or consumer brands is preferred.

  • Expertise in campaign strategy, comms planning, and messaging architecture.
  • Strong brand-building capability, from insight to brand platform to architecture.
  • Ability to simplify complex insights into clear and compelling strategic narratives.
  • Strong research capabilities, including interpreting consumer insights and datasets.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong creative empathy and ability to inspire and evaluate creative ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.


Language & Education

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
