Senior Structural Design Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in structural design, proven experience with UAE authority submissions, and the ability to manage complex structural projects from concept to approval stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Structural Designs and calculations in compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and review Authority Submission Drawings, and coordinate directly with relevant authorities for approvals.
• Coordinate with Clients, Architects, and Design Teams to finalize project designs.
• Review and approve Post-Tension (PT) Designs, Structural Steel Designs, and Shop Drawings.
• Respond to and clarify project-related RFI’s.
• Ensure alignment with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authority standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Master's Degree in Structural Engineering
• Certifications:
• Certified by Dubai Municipality
• Certification in Structural Design programs (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit)
• Software Proficiency:
• ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural design tools
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience with Principal Consultants or Structural/Post-Tension Design Firms
• Minimum 4 years in home country with Structural Design Firms
