The Senior Supervisor Accounts - International (US Clients) is responsible for managing accounting operations, supervising the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with International accounting standards. This role includes maintaining financial accuracy, streamlining processes, and building strong client relationships to deliver high-quality financial services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Accounting and Bookkeeping Functions: Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate entry into accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero. Verify the accuracy of financial records and reports.
- Prepare and Analyze Financial Reports: Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure all financial reports are complete, accurate, and prepared in a timely manner to meet client and management requirements.
- Monitor Cash Flow and Budgets: Track cash flow, revenues, and expenses regularly. Provide insights and recommendations to address variances and improve financial health.
- Reconcile Accounts: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure Compliance with International Regulations: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of International accounting and tax laws. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and Mentor Accounting Team: Supervise a team of accountants and bookkeepers, providing training, guidance, and support. Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Optimize Accounting Processes: Identify inefficiencies in current accounting workflows. Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
- Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for US-based clients, addressing queries and providing financial advice. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Support Audits: Prepare and organize required documentation for internal and external audits. Address audit findings and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with operations, finance, and senior management teams to support business decision-making through financial insights.
Qualification:
- CA Part Qualified, CIMA, ICMA, ACCA (Finalist or Qualified)
- Master is preferred or any other equivalent degree/ professional certification.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of accounting experience, ideally with International clients or in BPO/audit firms.
- Proven ability to lead and manage accounting teams.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of International GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.

Working Condition:
Job Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 09 hours ( inclusive of break).
Note: The working hours may fluctuate according to the workload with subject to the department's requirement.
