Senior Supervisor–(E & I) Industrial elctronic repairs

Position: Senior Supervisor – E&I Lab

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech / DAE in Electronics
• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in industrial electronics repair
• Strong expertise in PCB troubleshooting at component level

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic cards, PCBs, HMIs, VFDs, PLCs, servo drives, UPS, and power supplies
• Identify and replace faulty components (ICs, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc.)
• Use testing tools such as multimeter, LCR meter, and soldering station
• Maintain daily logs and ensure availability of spare parts
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the E&I lab as per HSE standards
• Supervise and guide junior technicians; coordinate with seniors
• Follow GMP, safety, and compliance standards; identify and mitigate hazards

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Rs48,000.00 per month
