Electric Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all electrical operations related to the ISP network infrastructure, including power systems for towers, data centers, and office facilities. The role ensures uninterrupted power supply, maintenance of electrical equipment, and compliance with safety standards to support smooth internet service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at network sites (towers, POPs, and data centers).
• Ensure continuous power availability through generators, UPS systems, and backup solutions.
• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring, and load distribution systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.
• Manage and guide electricians and technical staff on daily operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution to avoid network downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and maintenance of electrical components.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, power usage, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in planning and execution of new site installations and expansions.
• Monitor fuel consumption and efficiency of generators.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical supervision (preferably in telecom/ISP sector).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
