Senior Support Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FALCON Platform to provide L2/L3 production support, ensure system stability, and optimize fraud detection performance within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support and incident resolution (SLA-driven).
  • Monitor fraud alerts, transactions, and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and deployments.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Coordinate with fraud operations, core banking, and IT teams.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years in banking application support.
  • Hands-on experience with FALCON Fraud Management System.
  • Strong SQL and Unix/Linux knowledge.
  • Understanding of fraud monitoring (cards & digital payments).
  • Familiar with ITIL processes.
